GrandVision is gespecialiseerd in de distributie van opticaproducten. Eind 2019 exploiteerde het concern een keten van 7.406 winkels (merknamen Solaris, Apollo-Optik, Pearle, Eye Wish Opticiens, Générale d'Optique, GrandOptical, Vision Express, enz.) verdeeld tussen winkels in eigen beheer (6.226) en gefranchiseerde winkels (1.180). De geografische verdeling van de omzet is als volgt: Frankrijk (15,6%), Duitsland (15,2%), Verenigd Koninkrijk (12,6%) en andere (56,6%).
