Au 16/09/2022, le nombre d'actions rachetées depuis le 28 avril 2021 était de 10 321 (0,6 % du nombre total d'actions) pour un montant total de € 3 541 939,07. In uitvoering van Artikel 8:4 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 29 april 2019 tot uitvoering van het Wetboek van vennootschappen en verenigingen, verklaart Compagnie du Bois Sauvage volgende inkoopverrichtingen van eigen aandelen te hebben uitgevoerd op de gereglementeerde markt van NYSE Euronext Brussel. Per 16/09/2022, bedroeg het aantal sinds 28 april 2021 teruggekochte aandelen 10 321 (0,6 % van het totaal aantal aandelen) voor een bedrag van € 3 541 939,07.
