Aandeleninkoopprogramma afgerond per 24 mei 2022

ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) heeft het aandeleninkoopprogramma, dat werd aangekondigd op 23 februari 2022, afgerond.

Het inkoopprogramma voor eigen aandelen, voor een bedrag van € 75 miljoen, startte op 24 februari 2022 en is afgerond op 24 mei 2022. In totaal zijn er 1.798.472 gewone aandelen a.s.r. ingekocht tegen een gemiddelde prijs van € 41,70 per aandeel.

Deze inkoop van eigen aandelen valt binnen de machtiging van de Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders van a.s.r. die verleend is aan de Raad van Bestuur op 19 mei 2021 en is uitgevoerd binnen het huidige inkoopprogramma van a.s.r. De voortgang van de inkoopprogramma's van a.s.r. wordt gepubliceerd op deze website, in lijn met de Europese Verordening Marktmisbruik (MAR, No. 596/2014/EU).
