Amsterdam Commodities N : Delinuts acquires the activities of Qualino

Rotterdam - December 22, 2021 | Acomo (Amsterdam Commodities N.V.), the Euronext Amsterdam-listed natural food ingredients company in spices and nuts, edible seeds, tea, food ingredients and organic ingredients, announces that subsidiary Delinuts, trader and packer of nuts and dried fruits, acquires the activities of Qualino B.V. as of January 1, 2022. Both parties have agreed on this today. Delinuts and Qualino, both founded in 1994, are specialists in nuts, dried fruits and related products, each with their own expertise in the field of purchasing and sales. After the acquisition, Delinuts will continue all sales activities of Qualino under the name Delinuts. Delinuts also obtains its own packaging lines in a modern BRC certified production site.

Rotterdam - 22 december 2021 | Acomo (Amsterdam Commodities N.V.), het aan de Euronext Amsterdam genoteerde bedrijf in natuurlijke voedingsingrediënten zoals specerijen, noten, eetbare zaden, thee, voedingsingrediënten en biologische ingrediënten meldt dat dochterbedrijf Delinuts uit Ede, handelaar en verpakker van noten en zuidvruchten, per 1 januari 2022 de activiteiten van branchegenoot Qualino B.V. uit Bunschoten-Spakenburg overneemt. Dat zijn beide partijen vandaag overeengekomen. Delinuts en Qualino, beide opgericht in 1994, zijn specialisten in noten, zuidvruchten en aanverwante producten, ieder met eigen expertises op het gebied van de inkoop en verkoop. Na de overname zal Delinuts alle verkoopactiviteiten van Qualino overnemen en voortzetten onder de naam Delinuts. Tevens verkrijgt Delinuts hierbij eigen verpakkingslijnen in een moderne BRC gecertificeerde productielocatie.
