As part of the Capital Markets practice, he focused on strategic risk and regulatory issues affecting large banking and securities firms.
His engagements ranged from the construction of a capital reserve calculation methodology based on SEC regulations to the drafting and implementation of controls and accounting procedures for investments in special purpose entities.
