Todd Fowler

Todd brings a variety of freight transportation, logistics and capital markets expertise to Autotech, with a deep background in supply-chain, domestic trucking, and freight brokerage end-markets.
Todd has also closely observed the evolution of the autonomous commercial truck market in recent years, while working with a wide variety of industry participants and institutional investors to understand investment opportunities.
Prior to joining Autotech, Todd was a Managing Director at KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., the corporate and investment banking arm of KeyBank National Association, where he established the transportation and logistics equity research vertical in 2006.
During this time, Todd was responsible for providing research coverage on companies in the full-truckload, less-than-truckload, brokerage, parcel and autonomous trucking sectors, serving for a period as the Industrial Pod Leader and a member of the Research Recommendation Committee.
Todd was consistently recognized by institutional clients for high-quality, timely analysis of industry issues and company-specific events, and was the recipient of a variety of industry awards.
Todd has prior capital markets experience from FTN Midwest Securities, and worked in the audit practices of Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.
Todd also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Lakeside Chautauqua Association, a non-profit community on Lake Erie in Northwest Ohio focused on cultural excellence and nurturing mind, body and spirit, heading the Finance Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee.
