Hidden Peak Capital is an active manager which provides financing for restructuring & turnaround situations, insolvency situations, carve-outs, successions, as well as for growth capital requirements. It invests in under-performing mid-sized companies with clear improvement potential. It targets companies primarily located in the DACH region, but will consider investments in other European countries as long as they possess extensive German exposure. Although the firm has a preference for asset-rich sectors, it is willing to invest in companies in any sector except for real estate and financial services. With a typical investment size between EUR 5 million and EUR 30 million, it seeks to acquire controlling majorities in portfolio companies. The firm is also open to co-investments.
