In 2023, Rathbones Group Plc (LON: RAT) acquired the firm from Investec Plc (LON: INVP, ADR: IVTJY) in Great Britain. IW&I provides a range of investment management and financial planning services for individual clients, charities, trusts and clients of professional advisers on a bespoke basis.

Rensburg Fund Management Ltd. (RFM) is the fund management subsidiary of Franklin Templeton Global Investors Ltd., itself a subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BEN) in the US. Formerly a subsidiary of Rensburg Sheppards Plc (LSE: RBG) in the UK, the firm was acquired by Franklin Templeton in 2011. RFM is based in Leeds and manages the Rensburg Unit Trusts for retail investors.
