Rutvik Ambekar

Rutvik Ambekar is an Associate Director in the India team for Affirma Capital and is based in Mumbai.
Rutvik has over 6 years of progressive experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking and Consulting.
He is responsible for evaluating and analyzing new investment opportunities across sectors.
Prior to Affirma Capital, Rutvik worked at Everstone Capital in India for around 3 years and executed Everstone’s acquisition of a controlling stake in Sahyadri Hospitals.
He also evaluated new investments and actively managed portfolio companies in the Consumer and Healthcare sectors.
Prior to Everstone Capital, Rutvik worked across the Investment Banking and Consulting teams at PwC India and previously spent a year in Sales & Marketing at ITC Limited, a diversified conglomerate.
Rutvik has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a degree in Information Systems from BITS Pilani (Goa Campus).
He has also cleared all 3 levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program (CFA).
