Richard P.
Maisto served as the Chief Executive Officer at Morpheus Capital Advisors LLC from 2003 to 2010.

Mr. Maisto holds an MBA from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York, which he obtained in 1985.
He also completed his undergraduate studies at Boston College in 1979.
