Randy Olmstead

Charles Randy Olmstead is the founder of Mid-Con Energy Operating, Inc. (founded in 1986), Mid-Con Energy I LLC (founded in 2004), Mid-Con Energy II LLC (founded in 2009), and Mid-Con Energy Partners LP (founded in 2011).
He held the position of Chairman, President & Chief Financial Officer at Mid-Con Energy I LLC, Mid-Con Energy II LLC, and Mid-Con Energy III LLC.
He was also the Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Mid-Con Energy Partners LP.
Mr. Olmstead is also the founder of Mid-Con Energy GP LLC.
Currently, he is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Independent Petroleum Association of America, Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association, and Oklahoma Society of CPA. He previously held the position of Chairman, President, CEO & CFO at Mid-Con Energy III LLC, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Mid-Con Energy IV LLC, Principal at Touche Ross & Co., and Assistant Vice President at BOKF, NA (Investment Management).
He was also the General Manager at LB Jackson Drilling Co. from 1978 to 1980.
Mr. Olmstead received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma.
