Philippe Denery

Philippe Denery is currently the Chairman at Tf1 Droits Audiovisuels since 2008, Chairman at TF1 Expansion SASU since 2021, and Director at Aufeminin SA since 2018.
Previously, he held positions such as Chairman at Eurosport SAS and TF1 Thématiques SASU.
He also served as Director-Management Control & Plan at Bouygues Telecom SA in 2007, Director-Mergers & Acquisitions at Bouygues Construction SA, Head-Financial Engineering at Bouygues SA, Secretary General at Saur International SA, and Chief Financial Officer at Air Afrique.
From 2014 to 2016, he was the Executive VP-Finance Strategy & Purchasing at Télévision Française 1 SA. Mr. Denery obtained a graduate degree and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
He also holds an undergraduate degree from Sciences Po and ESSEC Business School.
