Keeley has been Senior Vice President of Exploration and Production for Unit Corp.
since November 1983.
Mr. Keeley co-founded Nike Exploration Company in January 1982 and served as Executive Vice President and a Director until November 2001.
From 1977 to 1982, he was employed by Cotton Petroleum Corporation, where he was Manager of Land, Vice President and a Director.
Before joining Cotton, Mr. Keeley was employed for four years by Apexco, Inc. as Manager of Land and held various positions for 9 years at Texaco, Inc. He received a BA in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Oklahoma.
