Nadine Samantha Valderama

Samantha (“Sam”) has extensive experience in sustainability and stakeholder engagement across government and non-government sectors.
Before joining Allotrope, she worked with the Philippine Rural Electrical Cooperatives Association (PHILRECA), the national organization of local utilities across the Philippines, where she led training and engagement with senior officials representing all 121 electric cooperatives.
She also worked with the Philippines Department of Environment and Natural Resources’ Environmental Management Bureau and with the Environment Department of one of the largest cities in Metro Manila.
Now based in Singapore, Sam supports the implementation of the Local Utility Project Aggregator (LUPA) and plays a key role advancing a range of Allotrope clean energy advisory activities across Southeast Asia.
