OFI’s investment strategies may also be guided by (a) the investment objectives, policies, strategies, and restrictions set forth in an advisory or sub-advisory agreement, (b) any offering document or other governing document applicable to a client for whom OFI provides advisory services, and (c) applicable legal and regulatory requirements. OFI offers investment strategies in the following broad asset classes: equities, fixed income, alternatives and multi-asset. Equities include main street equity, small and mid cap growth equity, value and income equity, emerging markets equity and global equity. Fixed income has investment grade debt, high yield corporate debt, global debt, Rochester municipals, multi-sector fixed income and cash strategies. Alternatives asset class includes alternative strategies, real estate, gold and special minerals and global infrastructure securities.

Colorado PERA’s trust funds are invested under the direction of a board of trustees. Their investment strategy uses actuarially established asset allocation investment objectives with long-term goals and policies. Assets are diversified into domestic and international stocks, corporate, government, and international bonds, mortgages, real estate and alternative investments. The targeted strategic asset allocation is designed to provide an optimal diversification to reduce risk and maximize total rate of return relative to risk. Many of the firm’s actively managed portfolios are managed by outside sub-advisors.
