He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Premed from Fairfield University, Fairfield, Connecticut in 1992, a PhD in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California in 1998, an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University, Malibu, California in 2004.
Dr. Smith is a board certified Specialist in Hand Therapy.
