Michael Kraines

Michael is the Chief Financial Officer of DCG.
In that role he oversees all of the company’s financial operations, M&A activity, and corporate development efforts.
Michael also supports the continued growth of DCG’s operating subsidiaries and expands the company’s relationships within the larger institutional community.
Prior to joining DCG, Michael served as President and CFO of Trading Technologies.
Earlier he spent over two decades in investment banking focusing on the financial technology sector as Managing Director at Sandler O’Neill + Partners and Wasserstein Perella.
Michael started his career as a venture capital attorney with Kirkland & Ellis.
He is a graduate of Cornell University (B.A), Harvard Law School (J.D.) , The University of Chicago Booth School (M.B.A.).
