Mary Beth Hardina

Ms. Hardina works with certain portfolio companies in their operations and accounting functions, on Mercantile's behalf.
She has maintained the accounting for the private equity funds as well as all other business ventures for the Chicago Principals since 1997.
Her accounting experience over the past fifteen years has given her a diversified background in small business from corporation start-up through partnership dissolution.
Prior to Mercantile, she was the Accounting Supervisor for a property management company specializing in Section 8 Housing.
Her responsibilities included government audits and reviews on multi family housing properties along with conforming to continuous government regulation changes.
