The DCC Growth Fund provides subordinated debt and equity capital to small, publicly or privately-owned, growth-stage companies preferably in the manufacturing, distribution and business-to-business services industries. The fund also seeks investments in women and minority-owned businesses and those located in low or moderate income areas. Companies should be 2 to 3 years old with a core management team, with products or services and have annual revenue of $2 million to $20 million. Their after-tax net income on a two-year average must be less than $6 million and net worth less than $18 million. The DCC Growth Fund invests in companies in need of at least $1 million to $3 million of subordinated debt or equity financing for product development, growth & expansion, strategic acquisition or change of ownership. Companies should have positive cash flow, competitive margins and a projected growth rate of greater than 40% per year. The Fund requires reasonable expectations of an exit within 5 years through an IPO, a secondary offering, private sale of the company to a third party or a self-funded buy-out of the Fund's position.
