Cory Zwerling has been a Director of Critical Therapeutics, Inc. since October 2006.
From 1987 to July 2006, he held various positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb and was President-Medical Imaging from April 2002 to July 2006 and Vice President-Global Marketing of the Worldwide Medicines Group from June 2001 to April 2002.
Mr. Zwerling was an Area Vice President of US Sales and General Manager of Worldwide Medicines for Bristol-Myers Squibb and a Management Consultant of Touche Ross & Co. from 1986 to 1987.
He received a BA degree in Economics from Cornell University and an MS from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
