Ferox Capital is an active manager which specializes in generating absolute returns exclusively through convertible bond strategies, including long-only and hedged, UCITS and Cayman, active and systematic. The firm primarily invests in the European convertible bond market following a niche investment style by using convertible, merger and statistical arbitrage along with several proprietary quantitative models to determine their long/short positions. Their research effort is principally conducted in-house and is based on both, a top-down and bottom-up analysis complemented with quantitative trading methods and technology.
