Leon Hadass

Leon Hadass focuses on the evaluation, selection and monitoring of European investment opportunities, with a specific responsibility for primary funds in Germany and Central & Eastern Europe.
He joined Pantheon in 1999, leaving in 2005 to undertake an entrepreneurial project focusing on real estate opportunities in the former Soviet Union and returning to Pantheon in 2006.
In addition to his native German, Leon speaks English, French, Russian and Hebrew.
Before joining Pantheon, he was a Performance Analyst with WestLB Asset Management in London and a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young in Russia.
He holds a BA in European Business from Berlin Institute of Economics an MBA in Finance from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has a Ph.D.
in Financial Economics from Essex University.
