Kim is a strategy and operations professional with a deep expertise in leading digital transformations and launching new products to market.
She started her career as a management consultant and served most recently as both COO to a fitness startup and as an advisor to a variety of startup founders.
As a startup advisor and independent consultant to larger brands including Headspace and Tonal, Kim has worked across all stages from seed to pre-IPO on new product development, go -to-market planning and execution and distribution strategies.
As a General Manager and COO, Kimberley has experience across the product lifecycle from supply chain and product development to marketing and sales.
