Katherine Wiles

Katherine is a member of the Hg Genesis team, focusing on investments in B2B software.
She is a board member of Norstella and Intelerad and has been involved in the Azets and Allocate Software boards.
Her other investments include HHAeXchange, CaseWare, Silverfin and Lyniate.
Her previous investments include Allocate Software.
Prior to joining Hg in 2018, Katherine worked at McKinsey in the Corporate Finance and Pharmaceutical and Medical Products practices on Private Equity, corporate strategy, and finance projects.
Prior to McKinsey, Katherine was a medical doctor.
She founded and sold her own business, an education services consultancy called Wentworth Education, to Ivy Education in 2021.
Katherine graduated from the University of Cambridge with a First Class degree in Natural Sciences, earned an MBBS (MD) from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’s Medical School, and spent two years studying Computer Science / Mathematics at Princeton University prior to her undergraduate.
