Joseph Povinelli

Joseph Povinelli joined the Acadia Realty Trust in 1999 and has been Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing since March 2003.
From 1987 to 1999, he was a Regional Real Estate Representative of the Vornado Realty Trust.
Previously, he was a Leasing Representative of Net Properties Management.
He received a BS degree in Finance and Economics from C.W.
Post College of Long Island University.
