Lipfeld is Chief Financial Officer & Vice President at Lynx Equity Ltd.
She brings over 9 years of financial, strategic, and operational expertise to Lynx.
In June 2005, she was appointed to Succession’s advisory board and in April 2006, she joined Secure Solutions, a Succession company, with the combined responsibility of COO and CFO.
Prior to joining Succession, she held several executive development positions of increasing responsibility with Johnson & Johnson Medical Products, including Senior Financial Analyst responsible for 7 franchises representing over $100 million in revenues, Product Specialist, increasing sales for her territory by 40% in one year, and Product Manager for one of J&J’s product divisions – Johnson & Johnson Wound Management.
She began her career with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and also worked for 724 Solutions Inc. Ms. Lipfeld holds an HBA and an MBA, both from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
She also received her CMA designation.
