James Lintzenich

Mr. James C.
Lintzenich is Independent Director at Nutracea and a Director at Lumina Foundation for Education, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors at Ball State University Foundation, Nutracea, and Student Loan Marketing Association.

He joined USA Group in 1982 and was elected to USA Group’s board in 1990 while serving as its Chief Financial Officer.
He previously served as Controller of Continental Training Services, Inc., Assistant Controller at Ingersoll Rand Co. and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young where he received his CPA certification in 1978.
Mr. Lintzenich serves on the boards of directors of Ball State University Foundation and NutraCea.
At NutraCea, a worldwide producer of stabilized rice bran and rice bran oil, he served as its Interim CEO from March 2009 until October 2009.
Mr. Lintzenich received his B.S.
in Accounting at Ball State University and completed the executive management course at the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University.
He resides with his wife, Marybeth, in Naples, Florida and Breckenridge, Colorado.
They have two sons and one daughter.
