Howard Stern

Howard Steven Stern is the founder of Hudson Capital LLC (founded in 2006), Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (founded in 2006), and Stern & Associates, Inc. (founded in 2014).
He holds the title of President & Director at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. from 2010 to 2014 and previously holds the title of Principal at Stern & Associates, Inc. Mr. Stern is also the founder of Dshs Student Housing Investment Group LLC.
He is currently working as an Independent Director at Veris Residential, Inc. since 2020.
