(CRMC), a registered investment advisor headquartered in Los Angeles, California. The firm was founded in 1931 by Jonathan Bell Lovelace and operates as a subsidiary of The Capital Group Cos., Inc. They provide services primarily to investment companies and also manage accounts for non-1940 act investment funds. In 2013, The Capital Group restructured its equity investment group and divided the group based on specific investment objectives rather than around particular products or clients. The investment group is now divided into three independent equity divisions, Capital World Investors, Capital Research Global Investors and Capital International Investors. Each division has the flexibility to manage any of the investment objectives or any of the investment vehicles the Capital Group offers.

DWS Investment Management Americas, Inc. (DIMA) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The firm is a subsidiary of DWS USA Corp., ultimately held by Deutsche Bank AG (ETR: DBK) in Germany. The firm was founded in 1984 and formerly known as Deutsche Investment Management Americas Inc. In 2018, they changed their name into DWS as part of the rebranding of Deutsche Asset Management. DIMA provides discretionary and non-discretionary investment advisory services to various institutional clients. They also provide investment advisory services for its municipal bond strategies through wrap fee programs.

The firm is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capital Group International, Inc., ultimately held by The Capital Group Cos., Inc. CGTC was chartered in 1968 under California banking laws as a non-depository trust company.
