Gary Valenzuela

Gary Valenzuela has been a Director of Limelight Networks, Inc. since February 2007.
Prior to Limelight Networks, he was President of Powerplay Properties LLC.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo!, Inc. from January 1996 to July 2000 and TGV Software, Inc. from January 1994 to January 1996.
Mr. Valenzuela received a BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Computer Systems from San Jose State University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
