Fagan Matt

Matt joins Rainfall from Blend Labs, Inc. (NYSE: BLND) where he was Corporate Counsel.
Before Blend Labs, he served as an Associate at Gunderson Dettmer, representing venture capital firms and startup companies in transactions at all stages of the corporate lifecycle.
He previously worked as an Associate at both Sidley Austin and Cahill Gordon & Reindel, practicing corporate law.
Matt has had a keen interest in investing since childhood.
He obtained his B.A.
from James Madison College at Michigan State University and his J.D.
from the University of Michigan Law School.
He is licensed to practice law in New York and California.
