Activa Capital invests as a majority shareholder in MBO transactions and as a minority shareholder in growth capital investments. The firm targets companies with market leadership in their segment/sector, highly motivated management teams, stable cash flows and an ambitious development strategy. They particularly target corporate spin-offs and family-owned businesses.
