Her primary responsibility is to maintain mall grades and valuations on Green Street’s retail database and to provide commentary on relative developments within the mall sector.
Prior to joining Green Street, Ms. Arft worked in the fixed-income department for Capital Group.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
