David W. Conrath

David W.
Conrath had been a Director of Micrel, Inc. since 2005.
From 2000 to July 2005, Dr. Conrath was Dean of the College of Business at San Jose State University.
From 1994 to 1999, he was a Professor of Management Science/Information Systems and Dean of the Michael G.
DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, Canada.
He held various permanent positions at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Waterloo.
Currently, he serves as a Member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee for Micrel.
Dr. Conrath received an MA in Economics and a PhD in Business Administration from the University of California-Berkeley, an MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie-Mellon University and a BA from Stanford University.
