Osunkoya is the founder of Bababode Osunkoya & Co., which was founded in 1994.
He held the title of Partner from 1994 to 2007.
He currently holds the position of Director at Richardson Oil & Gas Ltd., Haggai Mortgage Bank Ltd., Freedom Foundation (Nigeria), Guiding Light Assembly, and Institute of Directors.
He is also an Associate Member at the Institute of Directors.
