Ania Mikson serves as Senior Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at FS Investments.
In this role, she is responsible for all HR practices and policies at the firm and leads the firm’s efforts in the areas of organizational development, talent management and total rewards.
Ms. Mikson brings over 25 years of experience in financial services HR.
Before joining FS Investments, she led global HR for Macquarie Investment Management.
Prior to that, she served as Head of Human Resources at Delaware Investments before its acquisition by Macquarie.
Earlier in her career, she was Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Lincoln Financial Group and Director of Leadership Development at Cigna.
Ms. Mikson is a board member of the Forum of Executive Women and serves on the Advisory Board of Teach for America of Greater Philadelphia.
Ms. Mikson earned a BA in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College, an MBA with a concentration in finance from Villanova University, and an MSOD from the University of Pennsylvania.
