Andrew Jay Baker

Mr. Andrew J.
Baker, CFA MBA, is a Partner, Director of Private Markets & Portfolio Manager at Curi RMB Capital LLC.
He leads RMB’s private markets business, with a focus on private equity, real estate, and credit.
He is also responsible for manager selection and asset allocation and sits on the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining RMB in 2008, Mr. Baker spent six years at Northern Trust as an associate on the institutional asset management team and as a senior investment relationship manager for trading and reconciliation.
Mr. Baker holds an MBA in finance, accounting and management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and active member of the CFA Society of Chicago.
