Headquartered in New York City, the firm is a subsidiary of KLS Partners LLC. KLS provides discretionary investment advisory services (i) for private investment funds and separately managed accounts, (ii) to the manager of two registered investment companies sponsored by Principal Funds, Inc., and (iii) to a “sub-fund” of an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities authorized in accordance with the UCITS Directive.
