(a subsidiary of Wuhan Yangtze Communication Industry Group Co., Ltd.) and Chairman of Shenzhen Lianheng Technology Co. Ltd.

He is also on the board of Yangtze Optical Fibre & Cable Joint Stock Ltd. Co. and Wuhan YOFC Cables Co., Ltd. (former Chairman).

In the past he was Secretary for Fiberhome Telecommunication Technologies Co., Ltd.

He received an undergraduate degree from Nanjing University of Science & Technology and an MBA from Wuhan University.
