Currently, William Keller Kissam occupies the position of President for Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc. Mr. Kissam is also on the board of Wilson Hall and The Citadel Brigadier Foundation and President of South Carolina Independent School Association, Senior Vice President for SCANA Corp., Member of The Citadel Athletic Hall of Fame and Member of Former Regimental Commander's Association.

He previously occupied the position of President & Chief Operating Officer of Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc., Vice President at South Carolina Pipeline Corp. and President & Director at The Southeastern Electric Exchange.

William Keller Kissam received an undergraduate degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina.
