Vasil Velev

Vasil Georgiev Velev is currently the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at Hydraulic Elements & Systems AD.
He is also the Chairman at Technical University of Sofia.
In addition, he holds the position of Chairman at Fazan AD and Chairman at Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association since 2010.
Mr. Velev is the Deputy Chairman at Evrika Foundation and the Executive Director at Stara Planina Holding AD since 1999.

Furthermore, Mr. Velev serves as the Vice President at Economic & Social Council and the National Council For Tripartite Cooperation.
He is a Member of the International Congress of Industrialists & Entrepreneurs.
Mr. Velev has previously worked as the Director at Vinprom AD and held the position of President at the International Organisation of Employers and the International Coordinating Council of Employers' Unions.
He has an undergraduate degree from Technical University of Sofia and a graduate degree from Varna University of Economics.
