In the past he was Chief Financial Officer for Huixin Waste Water Solutions, Inc., Principal at T.N. Lui & Co. and Secretary for Shanghai Dasheng Agriculture Finance Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Lui received an undergraduate degree from the University of Leeds and an MBA from the University of Bradford.
