Terje Iversen holds the position of Chief Financial Officer & Senior VP-Finance at Odfjell SE and Chairman for Odfjell Tankers AS (a subsidiary of Odfjell SE). Mr. Iversen is also on the board of Huntonit AS and Odfjell (UK) Ltd.

In the past Terje Iversen held the position of Vice President-Finance at Odfjell Drilling AS, CFO & Director-Investor Relations at Bergen Group ASA and Auditor of PricewaterhouseCoopers AS.

Mr. Iversen received an MBA from the University of Nordland.
