Shri Paul Oswal was the founder of Ludhiana Stock Exchange Ltd.
(founded in 1983) where he served as President & Director from 1983 to 1987.
He is currently the Chairman & Joint Managing Director of Vardhman Textiles Ltd.
(since 1983), Chairman & Managing Director of Vardhman Holdings Ltd.
(since 1971), and Chairman of Vardhman Acrylics Ltd.
(since 1990).
Mr. Oswal also holds director positions in Santon Finance & Investment Co. Ltd., Devakar Investment & Trading Co. Pvt Ltd., Adinath Enterprises LLP, VTL Investments Ltd., Flamingo Finance & Investment Co., Ltd., Confederation of Indian Industry, Ramaniya Finance & Investment Co.
