Presently, Scott R. Peppet occupies the position of President at Chai Trust Co LLC and President of Equity Group Investments LLC. Mr. Peppet is also on the board of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. and The Polycystic Kidney Disease Research Foundation (former Chairman).

In his past career Mr. Peppet was Professor at the University of Colorado Law School.

He received a graduate degree from Harvard Law School and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
