They are present in all major airports in Brazil with duty-free and duty-paid shops. It also operates duty-free shops in Bolivia and aboard cruise lines owned by Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) and MSC Cruise Line, as well as duty-paid shops in other selected locations. Its focus is on travel retail and they aim to further develop its business in the South American travel retail market by combining its deep knowledge of the industry in Brazil with over 50 years of international expertise of its parent company, Dufry AG, one of the world's leading travel retailers. Currently, Dufry South America's travel retail business consists of 95 duty-free and duty-paid shops, including the following: Airport Shops: Dufry South America operates 46 duty-free and duty-paid shops in thirteen international and domestic airports in South America. Furthermore, they operate 13 duty-paid shops in ten Brazilian airports. The shops are complemented by their website, www.dutyfreedufry.com.br, which is a powerful marketing tool as it allows customers to pre-order duty-free products they intend to buy, and to buy duty-paid products online; Cruise Line Shops: They operate 39 onboard shops on twelve cruise ships, ten of them operated by NCL and two by MSC. These ships have routes in the Caribbean, the Mexican Riviera, South America, Bermuda, Alaska and Europe; Other Shops: They have 10 stores located in prime retail areas in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte including 7 MAC shops (a leading cosmetics brand owned by Estée Lauder).
