Rusli Bin Ahmad holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Chairman for PDZ Holdings Bhd. and Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Nexgram Holdings Bhd.

In his past career he was Deputy Director-Crime Prevention & Public Safety at Royal Malaysia Police College.

He received an undergraduate degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA and a graduate degree from the University of Malaya.
