Mr. Zhao is also on the board of Jiang Tai Insurance Brokers Co. Ltd. and China Coal Insurance Co., Ltd.

In his past career Mr. Zhao held the position of Deputy Director at China National Coal Mining Equipment Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zhao received an undergraduate degree from China University of Mining & Technology and an MBA from Hong Kong Metropolitan University.
