In the past he was Chief Executive Officer at Saferoad Holding AS and Chief Executive Officer for Saferoad AS (a subsidiary of Saferoad Holding AS) and Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President of Hexagon Composites ASA.

He received an undergraduate degree from Østfold University College, an undergraduate degree from the University of Oslo and an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School.
