Presently, Roberto A. Roberti holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Solar Alliance Energy, Inc.

He is also Member of CFA Institute and Member of Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

In his past career he occupied the position of Treasurer of Clean Power Income Fund and Senior Vice President-Power Generation at Capstone Infrastructure Corp.

Mr. Roberti received an undergraduate degree from Rotman School of Management.
